A level survey at 10 m intervals, two auger holes logged to 1.5 m for the water table, and a record of existing trees and structures.

Zoning for six functional areas with areas in m², circulation and driveway layout, tree retention, and an indicative bill of quantities. The fee is deducted from the installation contract if you proceed within 90 days.

Grading and drainage drawings with invert levels, the planting plan with native species, tendered supply of plants and pipe, and supervised installation by the same crew that drew the plan.

Commission the installation within 90 days of the dated survey report and the full survey fee is credited against the installation invoice. The window runs from the report date to the signed installation contract.
Figures below are indicative ranges for 2025, quoted in UAH. Each one is confirmed in a written quotation after the site survey, because slope, water table depth and access width move the total more than any choice of planting.

Minimum fee for any engagement is 24 000 UAH. Sites further than 120 km from Kyiv carry a travel line, quoted per trip.
No financing, instalment credit or deferred settlement is offered. All payments are bank transfers in UAH against an invoice.

Clay, water, paperwork and winter decide whether a countryside garden still reads as finished in year five. These are the questions our surveyors answer most often.
Most plots around Kyiv carry clay from 60 to 120 cm. We first break the compacted pan mechanically, then build a 25 to 40 cm root zone from screened subsoil, sand and compost. Full replacement is quoted only where the clay is pure grey and unmixed.
The survey fixes three things: fall across the plot, the depth of the water table, and the lowest legal discharge point. Where the table sits at minus 1.2 m we lay perforated pipe in a gravel trench at minus 0.9 m and run it to a collector or a daylight outlet at the boundary.
Walls below 1 m of retained height are normally built without documentation. Anything taller, or any structure carrying a roof, needs drawings and a filing with the local authority. We prepare the drawings and the plot plan, and we state the permit step as an exclusion in the quotation.
We specify for frost zone 5b to 6a: ornamental grasses, dogwood, spirea, hydrangea paniculata, larch and native perennials. All of them stay unwrapped. Rose and lavender are placed on the warm south face only, and never in a wind channel.
The quotation follows the four stages on this page, each with its own fee basis in UAH. Rates are 2025 ranges and are confirmed in writing after the survey. Excluded: spoil removal off site, utility connection fees, and any works added after the drainage plan is signed.
