Three steps from your enquiry to a written quotation

Send the assessment request with your plot details. We confirm receipt, check the data against soil and slope records for your oblast, then book the walk-through. You hold a fixed scope and a UAH range before any work starts.

  1. 01

    We read your plot data

Within one working day we check plot size, slope direction, soil notes and anything you report about water standing after rain. If a detail is missing, we ask for it by email instead of guessing.

  2. 02

    We book the site assessment

You choose the date. Visits run Monday to Friday, usually five to seven working days ahead. The walk-through takes two to three hours and covers levels, water table depth, drainage outlets and machinery access.

  3. 03

You receive the quotation and plan

Within three working days of the visit you get a written quotation in UAH, a functional zone sketch with areas in square metres, and a drainage note. The figure is confirmed only in that written quotation.

What to prepare before the visit

  • Cadastral number and plot size in hectares
  • Well, borehole or water supply details, if you hold them
  • Photos from the same corners after heavy rain
  • Any existing plan, sketch or survey

Email replies arrive within one working day, Monday to Friday. If you would rather check your own plot first, start with the drainage self-check.

Book a site assessment

Describe the plot as it is today: location, area, current condition and how water behaves after rain or snow melt. This is what our surveyors model before any grading or drainage work is quoted.

Unsure how to read the water? Run the drainage self-check first and paste the result into the message box.

Read your plot's water before you book a site assessment

Answer from what you have seen after rain or snowmelt. This is an indicative advisory, not a survey. A site assessment with water-table monitoring confirms the real route for water.

1. Standing water after heavy rain

How long does it stay in the lowest spot?

2. Where surface water travels

Follow the ground after a wet week.

3. Cellar, garage or retaining walls

Look at the base of walls in spring.

4. Plants growing on the plot

Vegetation keeps a water record.

5. Outlet for collected water

Where could drainage discharge?
